5. Login to the CSD AFD portal using your username & password.

7. Select the State, CSD depot, CSD dealer (Who issued the availability certificate) in your area from the list of available options.
8. Fill in the required details & recheck the auto filled personnel details including personal information, contact details, and eligibility documents such as PAN card, Aadhaar card, Pension Payment Order (PPO) and Pension Slip.
9. Pay the amount online through the secure payment gateway provided on the CSD AFD portal.
10. After the payment is received, the CSD AFD online portal will process your order and issue an LS order after verification. It takes 3-4 days of time.
11. On the day of delivery, go to the authorized dealer with the LS order & original documents and collect the car.
